At Maddie Online, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
  2. Non-returnable Items:

    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Perishable goods
  3. Return Process:

    • Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include the return form or a copy of the receipt.
    • Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

  1. Processing:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@maddieonline.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer support team.
