At Maddie Online, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Non-returnable Items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the return form or a copy of the receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
Refunds
Processing:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@maddieonline.com.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer support team.
